Terms & conditions
Last updated: 17 August 2026. These terms apply to software subscriptions sold by Pharma Need Software Services (PNS) on https://portal.pnspbn.com.
1. Services
PNS provides cloud business software modules (inventory, finance, restaurant, bakery, lodging, apartment expenses, temple, gas plant, commission agent, trade reports, and related tools). Access is granted after login to the Client Portal and an active subscription or approved trial for that module.
2. Prices and currency
All published prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Current list prices are on the Products & pricing page. GST extra if applicable as per invoice. Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
3. Account
You must keep your Customer ID, mobile, and PIN/password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect misuse — see Contact us.
4. Subscriptions
- Monthly / Yearly: access for the paid period of that module.
- One Time: perpetual licence for that module as sold, subject to these terms.
- AMC / ARC: annual maintenance / renewal cover as described at checkout.
Each module is billed separately. Paying for Restaurant does not activate AIMS, and so on.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the software only for your lawful business. You must not attempt to break security, share one subscription across unrelated businesses without our written OK, or reverse-engineer the apps.
6. Data
You own your business data. We host it to run the service. We do not sell your data. You should export or print important records. We may suspend access for unpaid dues or abuse.
7. Liability
Software is provided as a business tool. We are not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, data loss from your devices, or third-party network failure). Our liability for a paid period is limited to the subscription fee paid for that module in that period.
8. Changes
We may update features and these terms. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the new terms. Material price changes apply from the next renewal, not mid-cycle already paid.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
